Now im in sch. Juz come out from my wafer lab after doin SC1 n SC2, some sort of cleaning process. Actually it nothing much, 2ml den do another type of cleaning process HF b4 oxidation. Later gona go through the process steps n thk of the oxide measurement blah blah... Will b back at nite 2 fill in more.
